Synopsis: Hannes is an employee at the Institute for State Supervision. He has such complete faith in the bureaucratic system that he is secretly developing the SuperCode Databank - a mega-databank of personal ID numbers through which everyone´s behaviour can be monitored. One day, Hannes´s computer is stolen - and the SuperCode with it. Afraid to tell the police about his illegal work, he goes after the thief himself and ends up victim of the very system he worked so hard to strengthen - but then Hannes has a revelation...
