2 BIRDS WIN AT NORTHERN WAVE FESTIVAL
The short film 2 Birds, directed by Runar Runarsson, won first prize in the short film competition at the Northern Wave Film Festival that was held last weekend in the town of Grundarfjordur.
A polish short film called The Wedding, directed by Maciek Salamon, won second place and first place in the music video competition was awarded to Milos Tomic from the Czech Republic for his video to the song Hair.
To date, 2 Birds is one of the most successful short films in the world with 27 wins at international film festivals to its name.
