ICELANDIC ACTOR RECEIVES AWARD
Icelandic actor Sverrir Gudnason, who lives and works in Sweden, was awarded the title Best Actor for his leading role in the Swedish/Danish film Original at the Shanghai International Film Festival earlier this month.
Icelandic actor Sverrir Gudnason, who lives and works in Sweden, was awarded the title Best Actor for his leading role in the Swedish/Danish film Original at the Shanghai International Film Festival earlier this month. The film, directed by Antonio Tublén and Alexander Brøndsted, also won the festival‘s main prize for best feature film.
The Icelandic feature Small Mountain, directed by Einar Thor Gunnlaugsson, also took part in this year‘s Shanghai International Film Festival.
