Anton Máni Svansson to participate in the 18th edition of Producers on the Move

The producer Anton Máni Svansson has been selected to participate in this year's Producers on the Move, an annual initiative for up-and-coming producers held at the Cannes Film Festival. Producers on the Move is aimed at connecting producers with potential coproduction partners, strengthening their industry networks and providing a platform for the next generation of European filmmakers.

Anton Máni Svansson is the founder of Join Motion Pictures. He is the producer of Gudmundur Arnar Gudmundsson's acclaimed debut feature Heartstone, which has won more than 30 awards, and the coproducer of Hlynur Pálmason's upcoming debut Winter Brothers. He has previously produced the award-winning short films of these two directors.

Producers on the Move is organized by European Film Promotion and supported by the Creative Europe – MEDIA Programme of the European Union.
