The TV series Descendants, directed by Tinna Hrafnsdóttir, had its world premiere at the festival to a sold out screening. Additionally, the series Balls, directed by Hafsteinn Gunnar Sigurðsson, was shown in the same category. Solitude, Ninna Pálmadóttir's feature film debut, was shown in the feature film category at the festival.
