Objetivo: Islandia focus on Icelandic films at the Valladolid film festival

The 62nd edition of the Valladolid International Film Festival was held in Valladolid, Spain October 21-28.

This year there was a special focus on Icelandic films with a total of 17 Icelandic films screening in the section. To promote the Icelandic films Björn Norfjörd wrote an essay on the films screening at the festival which also features a take on Icelandic cinema, past and present.
