Inside a Volcano opens 11mm Football Film Festival

Inside a Volcano was the opening film at the 13th 11 mm - International Football Film Festival which took place on the 30th of March until the 3rd of April in Berlin, Germany.

The festival shows feature films, documentaries, and short films that take a look at football from a social and cultural perspective.

Inside a Volcano was preceded by a musical introduction from Icelandic singer/songwriter Mr. Silla. The film was well received and afterwards Heimir Hallgrímsson, the manager of the Icelandic male national football team, and director Sævar Guðmundsson answered a few questions from ARD sports presenter Jessy Wellmer and the audience.
