Kristín Thóra Haraldsdóttir wins award at Mamers en Mars Film Festival for her performance in LET ME FALL

Kristín Thóra Haraldsdóttir was awarded with a Special Mention from the jury (Mentions Spéciales Prix d'interprétation féminine) for her performance in Baldvin Z's feature Let Me Fall at Mamers en Mars Film Festival which took place in France last weekend. 

Haraldsdóttir has already won Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her role in the film at the Icelandic Edda Awards last February and Let Me Fall won a total of four Eddas this year.

Haraldsdóttir was also selected to participate in this year's Shooting Stars, the annual showcase of emerging European acting talent organized by European Film Promotion and held during the Berlinale.

Let Me Fall had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6, 2018 whereas Haraldsdóttir took the role of Magnea, who leads a troubled life after many years of drug abuse.
