THE TOGETHER PROJECT wins Best Original Screenplay at the César Awards

Sólveig Anspach and Jean-Luc Gaget won the César Award for Best Original Screenplay for The Together Project at the 42nd annual César Awards in France.

Sólveig passed away in 2015 after a long battle with cancer.

The Together Project had its world premiere in the Directors‘ Fortnight section at the Cannes Film Festival, where it won the SACD Prize for Best French-language Film.

The Together Project recently received three nominations for the Icelandic Edda Awards, for Best Feature Film, Best Director (Sólveig Anspach) and Best Production Design (Drífa Ármannsdóttir and Marie Le Garrec).

In The Together Project Samir wants to make up for his past transgressions toward his swimming instructor Agathe, whom he's madly in love with, and he follows her all the way to Iceland.
