HEARTSTONE bags four more awards in France and Serbia

Heartstone, writer/director Gudmundur Arnar Gudmundsson‘s debut feature, recently won four more international awards, continuing its impressive festival run. It recently won two awards at the Annonay International Film Festival in France, where it won the Special Jury Prize and the Youth Jury Prize. This past weekend it won a further two awards at FEST – Belgrade International Film Festival in Serbia, where it won for Best Debut Film and the Jury Prize. Heartstone recently won nine Edda Awards, including for Best Picture.

Gudmundsson (pictured) was in attendance at both Annonay and Belgrade and accepted the awards.

Heartstone has already won 11 international awards in 2017 and has now won a total of 24 international awards. It also won three awards at the online Cinema Scandinavia Awards.
