Icelandic films at Nordic Film Days in Lübeck

A total of nine Icelandic films and coproductions will be screened at Nordic Film Days in Lübeck, Germany. The festival will take place from November 3 - 7 and will open with the Icelandic feature Cop Secret by Hannes Thór Halldórsson.

The Icelandic films screening this year at Nordische Filmtage Lübeck are as follows:

Competition Narrative Films:

Lamb by Valdimar Jóhannsson

Cop Secret by Hannes Thór Haldórsson

Margrete - Queen of the North by Charlotte Sieling (a Denmark/Sweden/Norway/Iceland/Czech Republic coproduction)

Children´s and Youth Films:

Birta by Bragi Thór Hinriksson

Nordic Shorts:

Heartless by Haukur Björgvinsson

Competition Documentaries:

Prejudice and Pride by Eva Beling (a Sweden/Iceland/Finland coproduction)

Series:

Journey by Baldvin Z

Blackport by Gísli Örn Gardarsson, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson and María Reyndal

The Norwegian series Welcome to Utmark by Icelandic director Dagur Kári

Retrospective:

Rock in Reykjavík by Fridrik Thór Fridriksson
