RAMS and TRAPPED in competition at Camerimage

Rams, writer/director Grímur Hákonarson's award-winning feature, has been selected for the Main Competition at the Camerimage International Film Festival, with Sturla Brandth Grøvlen nominated for Best Cinematography. Trapped, the upcoming TV series from creators Baltasar Kormákur and Sigurjón Kjartansson, has been selected for the festival's First Look – TV Pilots Competition, with Bergsteinn Björgúlfsson nominated for Best Cinematography. The festival will take place in Bydgoszcz, Poland, from November 14 – 21.

Rams faces strong competition from films such as Mad Max: Fury Road, Sicario, Room and Son of Saul. Further information about the Main Competition and additional competitors can be found here. Camerimage is dedicated to the art of cinematography and its creators – cinematographers. Other competitive sections, in addition to those mentioned above, include the Documentary Features Competition, Music Videos Competition and 3D Films Competition.
