Three Icelandic films at Les Arcs

Three Icelandic films have been selected for the Les Arcs Film Festival, which takes place 10-17 of December this year.

Beautiful Beings, by Gudmundur Arnar Gudmundsson, will be screened in a new sidebar of the festival, called Oscar on Skis where a selection of European candidates for Best Foreign Language Film Academy Award are showcased.

Godland, a film by Hlynur Pálmason, will be screened in the Hauteur program, where auteur cinema from Europe is highlighted.

Raise the Bar, a documentary by Gudjón Ragnarsson and Margrét Jónsdóttir, will be a part of the Youth Screenings program, whithin a selection of films screened for pupils.
